Clause 1

Introduction

Welcome to r987 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). r987 is an English-language online sports betting and live casino information platform operated for Pakistani users. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the r987 website accessible at https://r987.cam and all associated services, content, tools and features provided therein.

r987 is an informational platform. We do not hold a Pakistani gambling license and do not imply affiliation with, endorsement by, or authorisation from the Government of Pakistan, the State Bank of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), or any Pakistani provincial authority. Nothing in these Terms constitutes legal advice. You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of the Platform is lawful under applicable local law, including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977.

Clause 2

Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" means the r987 website at https://r987.cam and all sub-pages, tools, content and services made available thereon.
• "User" / "You" / "Your" means any individual who accesses, browses or registers on the Platform.
• "Account" means the registered profile created by a User upon completing the registration process.
• "Operator" means the licensed third-party gambling service provider whose platform r987 refers to or integrates with. The Operator is distinct from r987.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, free spin, cashback, reload offer or other incentive made available to eligible Users, subject to applicable wagering requirements and terms.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the official currency of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the process of verifying a User's identity and payment ownership as required by the Operator.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before it becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• "Self-Exclusion" means a voluntary restriction placed by a User on their own account access, limiting or preventing gambling activity for a defined period.
• "Content" means all text, images, graphics, guides, tools, layouts, logos and other materials published on the Platform.

Clause 3

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Platform in any way — whether by browsing, registering an Account, placing a bet, making a deposit or using any Platform feature — you acknowledge that you have read, understood and unconditionally accepted these Terms in full.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms (see Clause 15) constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms operate alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which form part of the agreement between you and r987.

Clause 4

Account Eligibility

To register an Account and use the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the Operator's license jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
• You must be accessing the Platform on your own behalf and not on behalf of any other individual or entity.
• You must not be a resident of, or located in, a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited under applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, director, officer, agent or contractor of r987, the Operator, or any affiliated entity, or a close family member of such a person.
• You must not be subject to any active self-exclusion or voluntary ban that covers the Platform or the Operator's services.
• You must not have had a previous Account on the Platform closed for breach of these Terms or for fraudulent activity.

Clause 5

Account Registration

When registering an Account on r987, you agree to provide accurate, complete and current information. You undertake to update your registration details promptly if any information changes.

5.1 Single Account Policy

Each User may maintain only one registered Account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using the same or different names, email addresses, payment methods or devices — is strictly prohibited. r987 and the Operator reserve the right to close all duplicate accounts and withhold any associated balances or winnings pending investigation.

5.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must notify r987 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your Account. r987 will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to maintain adequate account security.

5.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

r987 and the Operator may require you to complete a KYC verification process at any point. This may include submission of a valid Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport or other government-issued identification, along with proof of ownership of the payment method used. Failure to complete KYC may result in withdrawal requests being held pending verification.

Clause 6

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the Platform are processed in PKR (Pakistani Rupees) where applicable, and are subject to the Operator's current deposit and withdrawal policies. r987 does not itself process payments or hold User funds.

6.1 Deposit Methods

Familiar payment references on the Platform — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are listed solely as recognisable local references. None of these payment providers endorse, sponsor or support gambling activities. Actual availability of specific deposit methods is determined by the Operator. Always verify available methods on the Operator's current cashier page.

6.2 Withdrawal Requirements

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following general requirements, as enforced by the Operator:

• The withdrawal account must be registered in the same name as the Platform account — third-party withdrawals are not permitted.
• Active KYC verification must be completed prior to processing withdrawals above applicable thresholds.
• Any active bonus must meet its applicable wagering requirement before bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply — refer to the Operator's cashier page for current PKR limits.
• Processing times are determined by the Operator and the payment provider and cannot be guaranteed by r987.

6.3 Currency

Where amounts are displayed in PKR on this Platform, they are illustrative. Actual transaction amounts are governed by the Operator's live exchange rates and payment processing rules at the time of the transaction.

Clause 7

Bonuses & Promotions

r987 may present details of promotional offers including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers and loyalty rewards. All such offers are subject to the following general conditions:

• Bonus offers are only available to eligible Users as defined in the specific promotional terms.
• Each promotion carries its own wagering requirement — typically expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., 30x). The applicable requirement is stated in the specific promotion's terms.
• Time limits apply to all bonus offers. Bonus funds and any associated winnings may be forfeited if the wagering requirement is not met within the specified timeframe.
• r987 and the Operator reserve the right to modify, cancel or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to exploitation of promotional terms, collusion or use of automated betting strategies — is strictly prohibited and may result in account closure.
• Any bonus figures presented on r987 are illustrative examples. Actual offers and their terms are those published by the Operator at the time of the promotion.

Clause 8

Betting & Gaming Rules

The rules governing individual sporting events, casino games and other betting markets are set by the Operator and the relevant game or data providers. r987 presents informational guides but does not set or control these rules. Key general principles include:

8.1 Sports Betting

All bets on sports events — including Pakistan cricket internationals, PSL T20 matches, ICC tournaments, international football, UFC events and other markets — are settled in accordance with the Operator's published sporting rules. In cases of match postponement, abandonment or cancellation, the Operator's specific rules for each market type will govern settlement.

8.2 Casino & Live Dealer Games

Casino games, including live dealer titles such as Live Roulette, Live Baccarat and Live Blackjack, are governed by the rules provided by the game studio or software provider. RTP (Return to Player) percentages and house edge figures are those certified by the relevant testing authority for each game and are not guaranteed on any individual session.

8.3 Bet Settlement Disputes

If you believe a bet has been settled incorrectly, you must raise a dispute with the Operator's support team within the timeframe specified in the Operator's dispute resolution policy. r987 is not a party to individual bet settlements and cannot overturn Operator decisions.

Clause 9

Responsible Gambling

r987 is committed to promoting safer gambling practices. We require that all Users engage with the Platform in a responsible manner. The following tools and protections are available through the Platform and/or the Operator:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly caps on the amount you deposit into your account.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the total amount you can lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Receive automated reminders or automatic logout after a defined session duration.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen notifications displaying your session time and net win/loss position.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period (typically 24 hours to 6 weeks).
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntarily block your account access for a minimum period defined by the Operator, or permanently. Self-exclusion requests should not be reversed during the agreed exclusion period.

Clause 10

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the r987 Platform:

• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in breach of applicable local law, including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977.
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Creating or operating multiple accounts on the Platform (see Clause 5.1).
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts or software to access, scrape or manipulate the Platform.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, glitches or system vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Colluding with other Users or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraudulent chargebacks or any other financial misconduct.
• Accessing the Platform on behalf of or for the benefit of a minor.
• Circumventing any responsible gambling restriction, self-exclusion or account limit you or r987 have applied.
• Reproducing, distributing or exploiting any r987 Content (see Clause 11) without prior written authorisation.

r987 and the Operator reserve the right to suspend or permanently close any Account found to be in breach of this clause, and to withhold any balances pending investigation. Serious breaches may be reported to relevant authorities.

Clause 11

Intellectual Property

All Content on the r987 Platform — including but not limited to text, editorial guides, betting glossaries, responsible gambling resources, layout designs, logos, graphics and software — is the intellectual property of r987 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark and intellectual property law.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform Content solely for personal, non-commercial informational purposes. Any reproduction, republication, distribution, public display, sale or other commercial exploitation of Platform Content without r987's prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

The r987 brand name, logo and associated marks are proprietary to r987. Unauthorised use of any r987 mark — including use in domain names, social media handles or promotional materials — is prohibited and may constitute trademark infringement.

Clause 12

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, r987 and its officers, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive or special damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Any financial loss, including gambling losses, arising from your use of the Operator's platform or any third-party service referenced on r987.
• Any inaccuracy, error or omission in the Platform Content, including odds information, game descriptions or payment method guidance.
• Any interruption, suspension or termination of the Platform or any feature thereof.
• Any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your Account due to your failure to maintain account security.
• Any actions or omissions of the Operator or any third-party service provider referenced on this Platform.

r987 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.

Clause 13

Termination

r987 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently terminate any User Account and/or access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive or unlawful activity.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• Failure to complete required KYC verification within the stipulated timeframe.
• Operational, legal or regulatory requirements affecting r987 or the Operator.

Users may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting r987 support. Upon closure, any pending transactions will be settled in accordance with the Operator's policies. r987 shall have no liability for losses incurred as a result of account termination where such termination is carried out in accordance with these Terms.

Clause 14

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction under which the Operator holds its license. r987 does not represent that these Terms are governed by Pakistani law, nor does it claim that the Platform or the Operator's services are lawful under the laws of Pakistan.

Pakistani users accessing this Platform do so at their own risk and are responsible for compliance with all applicable local legislation, including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977. r987 makes no representation as to the lawfulness of access to the Platform from within Pakistan.

Any disputes between a User and r987 in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts applicable under the Operator's licensing terms. If you are unsure about your rights or obligations, you should seek independent legal advice in Pakistan.

Clause 15

Amendments to These Terms

r987 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Any material changes will be indicated by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. r987 may additionally notify registered Users of significant changes via the Platform's notification system or by email to the address registered on the User's Account.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform following any posted amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept any amendment, your sole remedy is to discontinue use of the Platform.
